Apprentice Print Finishers / Operators


This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an ever-expanding and forward thinking print company who will invest in you as an individual to ensure you complete your apprenticeship, resulting in a full time position.

As part of this apprenticeship scheme you will undergo a Mechanised Print Finishing apprenticeship that will take between 12-18 months to complete.


Your main duties will include...

  • Working to instructions and general guidelines
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the factory environment
  • Following the order requirements from either an electronic or paper job bag
  • Supporting other team members
  • Maintain a safe working environment and observe published Health and Safety procedures
  • Carrying out any other duties as appropriate and applicable within own skill set

Requirements:


  • Able to produce accurate, final products to the highest standards
  • Committed to a culture of quality
  • Able to work at ease under instruction and independently
  • Recognises the importance of teamwork
  • Is prepared to be flexible to meet the demands of the business
  • Comfortable working on your own initiative
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Able to follow instructions on job sheets
  • Good numerical and organisational skills
