    An excellent opportunity has become available for a Part-Time Receptionist to work for this marketing leading organisation who are experiencing year on year growth.

    Part-Time Receptionist – About The Role


    This role is ideal for someone who is looking for part-time, afternoons only on an ongoing basis and there is a possibility this role will go perm for the right person.


    The successful person will be a key member of this small but busy team and will play a critical part in the growth of the business.


    You will be responsible for:

    • Meeting and greeting visitors
    • Signing visitors in
    • Answering calls and taking messages
    • Manage meeting rooms
    • Open and distribute post
    • Other ad hoc duties as required

    The successful Part-Time Receptionist will have:


    You will be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, be organised, have good attention to detail and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

    You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. Most importantly you will be happy working in a pressurised environment.

    Part-Time Receptionist – Benefits


    • 5 afternoons per week
    • Hours are 1pm-5pm
    • Close to main public transport links
    • Temporary role-ongoing
