You MUST live local to Newcastle and be able to work on site. The company are looking for committed and hard-working customer service orientated individuals who are looking for a long-term permanent job opportunity.


The Job You'll Do

:


  • As an advisor you will take inbound phone calls from customers and help them with any technical problems and queries.
  • Using the systems and diagnostic tools provided, you will walk the customer through said query with the view of fixing that issue the first time.
  • Working a part of a team of advisors
  • Provide first class customer service and be a brand ambassador.
  • The role is working Monday
  • Friday between 8am 7pm working 8 hour shift on a rota basis. No weekends

About you

:

-
Must have experience in any of these customer service settings i.e., office-based customer services, admin, hospitality - bars, restaurant, café, fast food, etc, retail, leisure, travel etc

:


  • A key requirement is a strong CV with longevity/tenure in job roles.
  • Key qualities to possess for the role are a positive, friendly, empathetic and customer orientated attitude
  • You must have strong listening skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer issues and find the right solutions for your customer.
  • Able to start a new role in January
