Job Title: Senior CE&I Designer at Advanced Resource Manager

The Energy Division within Advanced Resource Manager is on the lookout for a skilled Senior CE&I Designer to join a top-notch Civil Engineering Business specializing in services for the Nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing and Design Production: Create detailed engineering drawings and designs meeting project and client requirements using AutoCAD.
• Installation Designs: Develop CE&I installation designs in your assigned area with PDMS, covering equipment layout and cable containment design.
• Quality Assurance: Check and review the work of fellow designers to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other designers, engineers, and construction teams to manage space, resolve conflicts, and address installation challenges.
• Model Development: Adhere to established BEP procedures for model development and control, ensuring consistency throughout the project.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with construction engineers concerning upcoming changes and installation issues.

Requirements for Success:

• Qualifications: ONC/D or equivalent experience in installation design along with PDMS training.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing production, experience in PDMS Model development, and familiarity with design methods and techniques in CE&I discipline.
• Experience: Robust background in design engineering, especially in hardware designs and cabling infrastructure.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Security Clearance: Ability to acquire BPSS is imperative for this role.

Design Tools/Software Proficiency:

• Essential: PDMS Design 3D and PDMS Draft, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Office.
• Desirable: AVEVA Cable Systems.
