The Role:


This role supports the Managing Director / other senior managers by providing administrative support to maintain the efficient running of AIXTRON Ltd.

Support required will involve time management, communication and work with documentation and coordination.

You will work closely with various stakeholders internally and externally.

This is a temporary role, to cover staff holidays and with the busy workload this role demands.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Providing switchboard cover and monitor the reception inbox
  • Liaising with external & internal stakeholders on employee travel
  • Organise visitor visits. This includes external visitors and visitors travelling over from our German headquarters
  • Provide the engineering team with admin support. This can include starter packs for new employees and drawing packs.
  • SAP reporting and invoice checks

Your Profile:


  • Experience of administration, PA support in similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft office capable (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience of working in a quality oriented organisation
  • Accurate, thorough and consistent
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy, professional
