We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative, Client Processing to join our Contract and Documentation team.

This role is located in Edinburgh, Midlothian, United Kingdom

  • HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Part of team responsible for ensuring that all settlements instructions are processed and payments released on time
  • Reviews work of more junior colleagues, answers any questions of higher complexity, and works with clients on a regular basis.
  • Prepares systemgenerated fund settlement and other accounting reports or templates and conducts general data validation and reconciliation.
  • Reviews work of more junior colleagues, answers any questions of higher complexity and works with clients on a regular basis.
  • Assists other staff members.
  • Participates in regular system testing and enhancements to the system
  • Trains staff on current or new procedures.
  • Identifies areas for process improvement and escalates to senior team members.
  • No direct reports.
  • Helps develop and supports the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience in transfer agency operations or reconciliation's back ground preferred.
  • Ability to multi task and deal with different tasks at the one time
