Internal Recruitment Specialist

Permanent, Office based

Full time - Monday to Friday

£30,000

My client, a family run market leader within their field are looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Specialist to support the operational growth for a large UK based company.

This is a fantastic new opportunity within an established company where you will be responsible for finding the best talent to support all of the companies growing departments.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Working closely with department heads to understand the needs of each department you will be:

  • Managing full recruitment cycle
  • Writing and advertising job descriptions
  • Managing the on boarding process to ensure that roles are filled and secured.
  • You will be the main point of contact for recruiters and our online portals to help drive the recruitment of the best talent.
  • Promoting a positive company image at all times
  • Working cross departmentally to build and boost the digital profile of the company with the in house marketing team.
  • Attending interviews
  • Documenting new starters and supporting the induction process
  • Developing a strong network with local, regional and national recruiters
  • Day to day management of the website, Indeed and Glassdoor

Skills and Experience:


  • Experience within the full recruitment circle
  • A desire to support a growing business
  • A proactive approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
  • IT and numeracy skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and backgrounds within the business
  • Integrity and approachability
  • Influencing and negotiating skills
