    Newrest is looking for Part Time Data Admin who is dedicated to customersatisfaction

    Ensure the flow of officeprocedures, and support manager's by performing daily administrative thatinclude fielding inquiries and working with internal and external stakeholders.

    CONTRACT: Part Time, 25 Hrs Per Week, Permanent, Starting as soon as possible

    RENTAL: Gatwick.

    SALARY: £12.19per hour

    Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Manage correspondence by answering emails andsorting mail.
  • Responsible for generating output forms withvalidated data.
  • Responsible for generating purchase orders asper the demand from Winrest.
  • Management of PO's & Receipt Notes withinWinrest.
  • Responsible for addressing supplier queriesin conjunction with and support from central supply and local team.
  • Liaise with internal and externalstakeholders, suppliers and external agencies to provide a seamless service.
  • Prepare source data for computer entry bycompiling and sorting information establishing entry priorities.
  • Management of stock, overseeing receiving,issuing and despatch of stock.
  • Responsiblefor entering all HMRC Data via the online portal.
  • Assisting in all periodic Inventorychecks.
  • Process customer and account source documentsby reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
  • Adhere to Unit safety measures in place.
  • Adhere to inflight services securitycompliance.
  • Adhere to clean as you go standard.
  • Interact with, colleagues, customers andclients in a professional manner at all times.
  • Comply with all unit Corporate, Social,Responsibility initiatives.
  • Any other duties as requested by your manager.
  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum1 years' experience in an office environment. (desirable)
