Reception/Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception/Administrator to join leading organisation, based in Mallusk - that has been established for 40 years, providing sector leading services to various clients.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (office based - with free onsite parking)

With a salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


Job Role:

You will be responsible for all administrative support as well as being the first point of contact for customers.


Essential Criteria:


  • Previous Administration/Reception/Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate with the knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Scanning, filing, and organising client information and paperwork as necessary
  • Managing outgoing post
  • General admin duties
  • Assisting members of staff as and when required
