About Digital Trading team

The Digital Trading Team deliver digital trading solutions to optimize growth across the Hiscox UK broker partners This is a specialist team with an exciting digital trading roadmap to deliver. The team are responsible for broker open market extranet and panel products and bespoke digital scheme builds.

The role

You will lead our Acturis relationship, delivering our digital trading roadmap across the Acturis panels and Hiscox Extranet. As the Hiscox Acturis owner you will drive the roadmap with our brokers, be responsible for delivery of new builds and optimisation of existing products. Working closely with brokers and internal distribution your team will design and build solutions that meet our brokers needs and bring these to market.

You will be able to deal with internal and external customers quickly, being the go-to person for everything Acturis.

The ideal person for this role will be motivated, confident and logical, an interest in digital is a must.

What you'll be doing

• Day to day relationship manager for Acturis, accountable for delivery quality and delivery of business benefit of investment. Keeping deliveries on time and budget
• Bring to life our products on Hiscox extranets and Acturis panels, whether this is open market or Acturis scheme opportunities
• Represent our digital trading roadmap with brokers; being available as an Acturis expert to support opportunities and account management
• People management of the digital trading analysis team leading delivery of product builds, continuous improvement and migration (this is a Colchester based team)
• Business owner for Acturis business processes, including small change process, user support and UAT
• Champion digital continuous improvement within digital trading and distribution, thinking digital processes end to end
• Be an active part of the wider digital trading teams, across service delivery, change and distribution

• Experience of digital trading and Acturis development
• Ability to independently manage own and others workload
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills; internally and externally
• Accomplished experience in an operational, change or underwriting environment.
