Our client is currently looking for a System Workforce Analyst to join our busy teamSalary:
£33,706 - £40,588 per annum
Hours of Work:37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: 18 Months Fixed Term/Secondment
System Workforce Analyst Duties:
The Analyst (post holder) will collect, cleanse, process and analyse NHS and other workforce data to provide system-wide workforce intelligence and analysis.
The Analyst will be part of a network of workforce planning and transformation specialists across the East of England, working within the ICB's People Directorate and with partners in Health Education England (HEE) and NHS England (NHSE).
The Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Workforce Planner in profiling the local health and social care workforce, modelling future workforce supply and demand, and collating provider workforce plans into a single ICS/system picture.
System Workforce Analyst Requirements:
- Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Experience of working in the NHS in a senior administrative or managerial role or equivalent. Experience of managing people.
- Partnership working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience of budget management
- Previous experience of working in an analytical role/function
- Experience of working in crossorganisational teams/projects
- Experience of leading and implementing systems development projects
- Demonstrable experience of using/interrogating relational database systems and other large datasets.
- Demonstrable expertise and experience of using a computerized HR/workforce management information system
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of strategic workforce planning at both provider and health economy level
Desirable:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a large complex organisation
- Experience of crossorganisational/system working in health and social care
- Knowledge of project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2 Foundation and Microsoft Project
- Experience of managing people
- Knowledge and experience of performance management techniques
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Proficiency with PowerBI.
