Our client is a growing provider of grade A serviced office workspace, looking to recruit an experienced
Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join their small team.

This is a brand-new role, joining a small team, so you will have a 'can-do' attitude


You will be a true 'people person', with exceptional communication skills, who can work well as part of a team.

You will be well-presented and deliver exceptional and professional customer service.


Main Duties:


  • Ensure an outstanding first impression for visitors, efficiently running front of house reception and overseeing and coordinating the use of the building.
  • Deliver exceptional and professional customer service to existing and potential clients in order to increase client retention within the centre.
  • Responsible for the general upkeep and appearance of the workspace according t service standards.
  • Be able to build rapport and productive relationships with the workspace team, clients and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service is achieved.
  • Administrative duties, including supporting facilities management and providing support to business tenants.
  • Support the administration of conference and meeting facilities, making bookings for meeting rooms and maintaining the event diary.
  • Reporting of repairs and logging all works onto inhouse facilities management software to ensure the centres run to high service levels.
  • Day to day management of the car park using clear and effective communication to direct any incoming visitors.
  • Be able to effectively manage the daily arrival of visitors to the centre, communicating, signing them in & making sure they get to where they need to go.

Key Requirements:


  • Excellent social and communication skills to engage a variety of individuals
  • Strong administrative & organisational skills
  • Experience of property maintenance, fire and H&S regulations and contract negotiation skills are highly desirable
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Experience within a fastpaced business

Benefits:


Salary:
£22k per annum. Pension (after 6 months) of 10% and 5%


Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Mon to Fri, potential 4.30pm finish if required.


Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays, PLUS 1 x wellbeing day and 1 x birthday day extra
