    • Teaching Levels: Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across the age and attainment range at Key Stages 3 and 4.
    • Inspire students with a passion for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
    • Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
    • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing individualized support where necessary.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and participate in school-wide activities.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECTs (Early Career Teachers) qualifying this year are strongly encouraged to apply.
    • Unqualified teachers with relevant experience and a strong commitment to pursuing a teaching career are also welcome.
    • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative teaching.
    • Dedication to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
    • Successful completion of a Safer in Education check is mandatory.
