Salary:
£23,500 - £23,893 (£12,126 - £12,329 pro rata)

We are looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated part time Exams Assistant at Kingswood Secondary Academy.


In this role you will support the Exams Officer with the preparation and execution of all Public Exams and Pre Public Exams for Y10 -Y13 students.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Booking invigilation staff
  • Help the EO with the planning of the examination seasons
  • Dealing with pupil issues on exam days such as sickness, lateness etc
  • Dispatching the examination papers to the awarding bodies
  • Collation of Exam Certificates after the exam season
  • Distribution of Exam Results to students in August
  • General admin tasks
  • Helping on Reception should this be needed when not in an exam season

Essential qualities:


  • Confident working with young people
  • Highly organised
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of SIMS advantageous but not essential as training will be given
