SALES ADMINISTRATOR JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a
Sales Administrator to join their established team in Lymington.

Previous experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous, although training will be provided, as you will be working alongside another
Sales Administrator in the team.


SALES ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Working alongside another Sales Administrator, to ensure that all new orders coming into the department, are dealt with in a timely, efficient manner
  • Taking calls, handling queries, liaising with both internal teams (goods in / out) as well as suppliers.
  • Managing the order process inputting orders, establishing lead times for quotes and order despatch
  • Communicating updates as required, with all parties involved
  • Updating systems, and pulling reports as required

SALES ADMINISTRATOR KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • An efficient, organised approach with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Excellent numeric, written, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal stakeholders, and external customers both in person, over the phone and in writing.
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Microsoft Office with a sound knowledge of
    Excel.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, with high levels of attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator, with an enthusiastic and flexible approach


Our client is looking for an administrator that will compliment their existing team, and show a willingness to learn and develop.

A competitive basic salary, along with flexible working hours (across 37.50 hours per week)
