We are currently seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are multilingual and have strong communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Sell products and services to customers, utilizing effective sales techniques
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change
  • Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,370.65 per year
