Trade Parts Manager
Location:
Cambridgeshire
Salary:
Up to £32,000 basic, OTE £37,500.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of phonebased trade parts advisors
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Monitor and report on performance against targets
- Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
Essential Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of car parts
- Previous experience of managing a phonebased team
- Experience with VW systems is beneficial
- Parts supervisor/manager background in dealerships
