Are you looking for an opportunity to work within the care sector?

Are you passionate about making a difference to the day to day lives of the people you support?

I am seeking several support workers to join a stunning, purpose built extra care service in Bicton, Shropshire.

You will become a key member of a reputable, well respected provider who specialises in both housing and care.

Employed on a full-time basis, working 5 days over 7, you will be responsible for all elements of:

Care and support planning
Medication and personal care
Delivering and facilitating the delivery of care packages
Administering medication
Community and activity planning/involvement
Liaising with external agencies and families
Report writing and record keeping

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to secure their first care role, or for an established carer who is looking to work for a forward-thinking, fast developing provider.

Due to the locality, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

If successful, you will receive an hourly rate of £10 per hour, enhanced annual leave allowance and an excellent training package.
