This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Commercial Property Team within the Assets Service to provide an exemplary property management service, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and legal compliance is always achieved.


What you'll be doing:

You will work as part of the Commercial Property Team to deliver a comprehensive first-class Landlord / customer relationship. You will also provide support to the Commercial Management Surveyor, and Senior Managers within Assets.


To join our Assets department, we're looking for someone with:

  • experience in a commercial property or building management related field to manage a portfolio of properties to ensure legal, financial, statutory, health and safety, and regulatory compliance;
- the ability to grow and maintain effective working relationships with internal services, and external partners and organisations;
- a forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to problem solve;
- a knowledge of critical Health and Safety legislation relating to property;
- knowledge and practical experience of using IT systems, including experience of using Microsoft Office;
- the ability to analyse, interpret, coordinate and present information in a logical format, both written and verbally, in a timely manner;
- excellent telephone and customer care skills, and evidence of a customer focused approach to service users; and
- the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary team with a flexible approach to meet the agreed standards and targets.
