We take great pride in our beverage offerings, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bar-Back to join our vibrant team.


Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Support: Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages efficiently, ensuring that they have the necessary tools, glassware, and ingredients.

Bar Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring a well-organized bar station.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to our guests, including promptly delivering drinks, taking care of special requests, and creating a positive experience.

Stock Management: Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring that all supplies are readily available for the bartending team.

Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring the quality of drinks and presentation meets our high standards.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the bartending team and support their needs during busy shifts.


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a barback role or a similar hospitality position is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to supporting the bartending team.

Pay:
£12.02 basic with a £3.00 tronc (£15.02)
