IT Support Assistant - London - Up to £17phKey Responsibilities:
- Great customer service support to help with IT issues around the company.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of laptops and desktop computers for employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues related to laptops and desktops.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth IT onboarding process for new employees.
- Offer excellent customer service and technical assistance to endusers, both in person and remotely.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Work on special IT projects and tasks as assigned by senior IT staff.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technology trends and IT best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in information technology and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior IT staff.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing topnotch support.
