About Our Client:

My client is an international and well-known automotive company. Due to recent rapid growth, they are now looking to hire a Payroll Advisor to join their diverse Team.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working in the office 5 days a week.

Their offices are based in London.

Key responsibilities of the payroll advisor:

  • Working with the team to ensure all team members are paid accurately and on time every time
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Provide support to cross functional teams as requested; both within the department and broader business
  • Ensure integrity and security of all payroll data
  • Contribute to achieving the overall goals of the department
  • Maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of the company
  • Assist with Year End processing for multiple companies
  • Support other departments with any adhoc requests

The Successful Applicant:


A diligent, proactive individual that is highly organised, technology-savvy and confident in communicating, building and maintaining working relationships in order to execute payroll efficiently, effectively and accurately.


You have:


  • Proven payroll administration experience, with understanding of HR processes
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation, including but not limited to IR35 and statutory payments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • A high level of integrity and confidentiality
