NHS GREATER GLASGOW AND CLYDE

POST CCT (SENIOR) CLINICAL FELLOWS PAEDIATRIC ANAESTHESIA

Posts are available from August 2023, February and August 2024 for periods of 6 to 12 months offering advanced sub-specialist training in Paediatric Anaesthesia.

The posts are based at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow: a leading Paediatric training centre in the UK with access to all specialities including cardiac, craniofacial, neurosurgery, complex airway, cleft and pain, in addition to a high neonatal workload.

Sub-interests in simulation teaching, wellbeing and eco-anaesthesia are now being offered with dedicated SPA time.

Research, audit and quality improvement are encouraged.

These are exciting and challenging clinical posts for those wishing to have a major interest in paediatric anaesthesia in the future, be it in a tertiary centre or district general hospital.

Fellowships can be tailored to accommodate special interests.

**Applicants must hold Certificate of Completion of Specialist training in Anaesthesia or equivalent on starting the post. These posts are not suitable for applicants wishing to pursue the MTI route.
