Are you a motivated and experienced sales professional with leadership skills? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive and inspire our sales team towards achieving targets and exceeding expectations.


Duties:


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and training programs to enhance team performance
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
