    Chelsea FC are looking for a Digital Technical Project Manager to be responsible for the delivery of products and projects for the digital product team including new features for the Club's mobile app, website, as well as other digital platforms.

    Job Title – Digital Technical Project Manager
    Hours – Permanent – 35 hours a week (Any 5 of 7)

    Chelsea FC are looking for a Digital Technical Project Manager to be responsible for the delivery of products and projects for the digital product team including new features for the Club's mobile app, website, as well as other digital platforms.

    The role will interface across the business to create, develop, and enhance the Club's digital platforms to grow and engage the Club's global fanbase and realise commercial success.

    Determine and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring every project is set up for success
    Ensure all project team members are briefed on the project processes and that these are followed throughout the project lifecycle
    Work with the Digital Programme Lead to monitor progress, be proactive and remove any blockers swifty - adjusting as needed
    Track and report on project budget burndown
    Support product managers in project/sprint ceremonies, including daily standups, planning/estimation sessions and retrospectives
    Ensure the regular tracking, analysis and communicating of risk logs and mitigation plans
    Ensure all project documentation is up to date and available to project participants.
    Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
    Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
    Evaluating the performance of team members and the project overall
    Analyse all management and technical processes to ensure they're delivered as expected
    Research and evaluate new hardware and software technology and help make decisions on the cost-benefit analysis of new purchases
    Demonstrable experience in delivering projects and products for websites and apps working in an agile development environment
    Strong experience collaborating with engineers and product design teams to develop innovative and delightful user experiences
    Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and large project teams
    Excellent technical understanding of the technologies involved in the programme of web and app development
    Experience in delivering projects from end to end, from discovery, through to definition, development, and continuous optimisation
    Well versed in agile and more traditional methodologies
    Good knowledge of project management techniques and the various associated tools – experience in the Atlassian suite of tools, especially Jira and Confluence
    Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate project metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement
