Unit Settlements Senior Administrator

We are working with one of the UK's leading independently owned investment management specialists who are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator.

Full training will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail with a background such as accounts administration, reconciliation analyst or done a similar role in Investments or a strong Mathematical capability.

We are on the lookout for strong behaviors to match our client's culture, of taking pride in your work, having a positive approach and working well to procedures and internal deadlines.

Our client is wanting someone who wants a career and someone who willget involved in manager meetings and step up to Senior duties

Working as a team, you will ensure a great service is provided to the company's clients and will help to further its strong reputation.

What will the roles involve?
Some of the activities you'll be involved in will include

Deliver exceptional levels of service in respect of the handling of client instructions.
Ensuring adherence to relevant FCA regulations
Manage and mitigate risk, including to the firm's reputation
Ensure adherence to service level agreements
To provide effective oversight and monitoring of the team's workflows.
Reconciliation of cash into and out of business and client bank accounts
Accurate processing of payments in accordance with SLAs
Prompt investigation and resolution of errors and discrepancies
Preparation of the daily Client Money reconciliation
Preparation of monthly commission runs
Review and authorisation of payment runs and reconciliations
Monitoring and management of debtors and creditors.
