The Role
Whilst working in the HR team to support the main business, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management
- Onboarding new starters, performing inductions
- Assisting managers with their recruitment and selection training
Requirements:
Experience:
- CIPD level 5 or working towards
- ER experience
- Manufacturing/construction/logistics background
Qualities:
- Passion for recruitment
- Strong decision making
- Adaptable and flexible
