I am looking for a HR Administrator to join a fast paced and growing companyResponsibilities
- Dealing with general HR queries from the HR Admin shared inbox, telephone and in person.
- Liaising with the Group HR Assistants on receipt of new starter documentation for the creation of contracts
- Supporting HR team with recruitment administration including posting adverts internally and externally, collating and distributing CV's and arranging interviews and testing
- Process various management reports for starters, leavers establishment list, absence reports, total hours worked and ad hoc report requests
- Looking after administrative processes following the full employer life cycle
- Other ad hoc duties depending on business needs
Person Specification
- Strong administrative background working in busy environments (HR experience desirable not essential)
- Positive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Motivated by a challenge
- Can work on own initiative
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 9am 5pm (flexible hours available)
- 35 hours per week
- Hybrid
Job Types:

Up to £25,380.00 per year
