Transport Coordinator - Blandford Forum DT11

Responsibilities

Responsible for all vehicle license checks and all paper work relating to vehicles.
Communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered correctly and on time.
Create and maintain a database to ensure all company vehicles adhere to inspections and maintenance schedules.
Ensure that vehicles are legally compliant
Assist with Driver issues eg accidents, defects and safety issues.
Control vehicles that are not in use and ensure keys are safe. Optimise vehicle downtime for maintenance.
