Description
My client is a growing family run agricultural merchant trading grain and seeds.

They are looking to appoint a part-time Accounts / Admin support exec, working 20 hours per week but with flexibility to work extra hours in busy times.

This is a office based role in YO42 with free on-site parking available.

Proven organisational and administrative skills

Experience in talking to the farmers and the wider agricultural community

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Strong IT skills - particularly excel

Good written & verbal communication skills

Organised with an ability to work accurately and prioritise tasks

Flexible and open to change

Able to work well under pressure

An effective team player.


Key Responsibilities
Supporting the preparation of invoices & Self-bills

Filing invoices and delivery notes

Supplier statement reconciliation

Flag and reconcile any discrepancies

Liaising with hauliers, suppliers & customers


Basic Salary
£12 per hour - 20 hours per week

20 days holiday per annum pro-rata


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

£12.00 per hour
