Membership Body
**Home Based, Hybrid or Office Based (Northampton)

  • Fully Flexible**
    Basic Salary Up to £35,000 dependant on experience with excellent benefits 31 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays), Employee Assistance Programme, The private medical insurance, Life insurance, Collaborative working culture.

Our client a leading membership body is currently looking for an Events Producer who could be home based, hybrid or office based (Northampton), flexible on core working hours and would consider compressed hours over 4 days a week.

The Role of Events Producer


The purpose of your role will be to create valuable, compelling, and engaging programmes for our suite of well-established live events, to help in the creation of new events and to bolster our webinar offering for members and non-members.

You will take ownershipof event and webinar content programmes, working with our knowledgeable internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
Understanding target market/audience/segments and delegate needs

Working with internal and external stakeholders to lead production of high-value, high-quality, engaging live event and webinar programmes and experiences

Working with our operations team to ensure the timely delivery of all sessions on the day of the events.

Agenda writing and scheduling, producing compelling and original content

Recruiting speakers, liaising with them on the specific content of their session and agreeing the logistics of their participation


Collaborating with marketing/sales in creating compelling copy for a range of platforms to drive delegates as well as exhibition and sponsorship sales.


Person Specification
To understand what an audience wants from events and webinars and know how to put them first.

an expertise in event and webinar content (you know what makes a great event/webinar, attracts audiences and meets needs)

proven experience in live events and webinar content production and programme development research

the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to produce creative and compelling event and webinar content

strong verbal and written communications skills, with the confidence to drive ideas forward

the ability to write convincing and commercially focused copy for programmes and propositions.

excellent attention to detail

strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and targets

self-motivated, professional, and focused in all aspects of work.

The ability to work collaboratively and creatively across teams and engage with high-level stakeholders.
