The Role & Responsibilities:

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that will help us increase our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.


The key responsibilities will look like:

  • Work with the Marketing team to create and optimise content for various digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and performance metrics to make datadriven decisions and recommendations.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including lead generation and client services to ensure that digital marketing efforts are integrated and consistent with our overall brand and messaging.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital marketing campaigns to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
