We're looking for somebody to join our Assessments team based at home and in Canterbury.

As an Assessment Operations Officer you will deal effectively with a range of assessments over our Professional Education and Financial Education qualifications.

The Assessments Operations Officer works as part of a team who are responsible for delivering secure assessment services, managing accurate and timely results data to students, governing bodies and external regulators, ensuring prompt certification and providing all aspects of post result care, including result enquiries and replacement certificates.


We are always seeking to enhance our services and would value your contribution and support towards the implementation of improvements.


This role Canterbury based, with scope for home working. We would require you to attend the Canterbury office a minimum of twice a week and if needed for onsite meetings and events. Please note that during the training period, you will be required to attend the Canterbury office at least three times a week.
