**Role: Senior UX Designer

Salary:
£80'000

Location:

London HQ - Hybrid working 3 days on site/2 days home working**This client are a game changing construction tech start-up that is positioned to disrupt and transform the construction and mining industry.

Purpose and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for driving the brand and business vision, strategies, and outcomes, across the
interaction, journey, and relationship level of UX, while putting real customer and user problems and needs at the heart of your design thinking, by practising and demonstrating the required skill and knowledge across the 4 disciplines of Design.

Experience required:

Ability to switch between projects and manage stakeholders accordingly

Output Quality - The ability to present and articulate ideas and rationales clearly to the business, oversee quality and consistency of output and understand the project's requirements at a strategic and functional level

Project Delivery - Experience of scope management, overseeing quality and consistency and understanding project requirements

Previous experience with Axure, Excel, Figma, Lookback, Miro, Qualtrics, usability Hub and ZeroHeight

Development process - experience and appreciation for agile process, squad model, atomic design, cross functional teams, Lean UX
