South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is incredibly excited to be able to able to extend its Wellbeing Supporter role following significant investment into the wellbeing provision.

The Wellbeing Supporter role has been previously trialled within the three Trust areas and our Emergency Operations Centre, and has proven very successful and an incredible support to our people.

The Wellbeing Supporter is part of our in-house staff wellbeing service; the Staying Well Service, with a close working relationship with the local operational management teams.

The Wellbeing Supporters will ensure that individual's within the Trust receive appropriate welfare support.

Supporting individuals with their mental, social and physical health needs, including those who are critically ill or have a life changing condition.
