| FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - UP TO 30 HOURS|

| TEMPORARY ON-GOING |

| £12.00 PER HOUR |

| NG8, NOTTINGHAM |

| LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ASAP |

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the management of income and expenditure of the trading company
  • To ensure accurate input and maintenance of all sales and purchase ledger
  • Finance administration
  • Assist with maintaining and updating financial tables and reports
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly supplier payment runs
  • Oversee and reconcile petty cash accounts
  • Preparation and posting of sales invoices in line with monthly billing cycle

Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a finance administrative role
  • Experience of accounting and administration systems, either SAGE Accounting or preferably XERO
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of payroll administration
