Description

We have an excellent opportunity to join MCC in an entry level position as part of our Club Services team.

You will have day to day communication with our Members and the public on matters relating to Club membership, match day ticketing and the many events related to the additional societies and sports on offer.


You will play a key role in the delivery of match day customer service-related operations in addition to contributing to the many exciting projects that require focus outside of the cricket season.

It's a fantastic role which interacts with all aspects of the organisation.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience or enthusiasm working within a similar customerservice based sports industry environment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with a collaborative and supportive working approach.
  • Experience and/or enthusiasm for project management and implementation.
  • Good quality numeracy and technology skills, ideating and embracing new systems and processes.
  • Operational experience responding to and resolving customer enquiries, and appropriate escalation.
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Selfmotivated with good attention to detail and initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability to deliver against goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Excellent oral communication skills for successfully engaging with different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cricket and match timetables a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and any project management software beneficial.
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality and compliance with legislation.
