Management Accountant | Education | Oxfordshire | £35,000 - £41,000

Macildowie are currently looking for a Management Accountant for an interesting opportunity with a Multi Academy Trust based in Oxfordshire.

The role offers flexible working with only 2 days required in the office per week, a fantastic environment and work life balance.

The role is paying a £35,000 - £41,000 p/a depending on experience and is reporting into the CFO.

The Role

Lead on the Management Accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Cashflow reporting
Monitor department budgets and identify potential issues before they arise.
Cost centre reviews with budget holders
Preparation for the annual audit and answering auditor's queries
Any analysis of the management accounts as needed on an adhoc basis
Promoting Finance to other departments to aid their understanding

Minimum Requirements:

Experience leading Management Accounting activities, leading on budgets and forecasts.
Hands on individual comfortable working with nonfinancial stakeholders

Desirable

Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
