Our branded and very well known FMCG client, a big player in their field is currently looking to recruit a new Head of Finance.

This is a rewarding and challenging number one in finance opportunity to join a growth focused and proactive multi-site business with exciting times ahead

In this role, you will be responsible for providing value adding analytical and commercial support to the executive leadership team and senior stakeholders, whilst developing and embracing their understanding of both performance and key strategic drivers.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for driving and embedding a high performance mentality and culture aimed at adding value to; and increasing margin and profitability in the most cost efficient, structured and commercially enhancing way.

This role will best suit a hands-on and experienced Head of Finance / Finance Controller with a proven background in staff management, excellent prioritisation skills, the ability to be both technical and commercial, proven business stakeholder management skillsand comfortable in challenging upwards as well as cross operationally in a fast moving and constantly evolving environment.

If you are a hands-on, driven and confident ACMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified Finance Manager, Commercial Business Partner / Senior Business Analyst / Head of Finance, Financial Controller with demonstrable experience in the areas above, then this is definitely a roleyou want to find out more about
