Description
A well-established London-based security systems and home automation company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / PA to Director to join their team based in Enfield.
They are a specialist in installing state-of-the-art intruder alarms, networked CCTV, IP door entry, access control systems, TV Systems and smart home automation systems in and around London.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the office and assist the M.D. in his daily administration.This is an exciting time to join them in their growth phase
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and arrange M.D.'s Outlook diary liaising with other Company Directors and all clients
- Scheduling and setting up internal & external meetings
- Provide administration support (including taking minutes of meetings) to the wider team as required and ensure that matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales
- Receive and recording of Tenders, making files and printing specifications ready for M.D. & Estimator to review & quote
- HR/recruitment
- Liaise with external IT company for IT support & computer problems
- Arrange & book relevant engineers to carry out repairs to office equipment when necessary
- General office duties as required and provision of backup cover/holiday support to ensure the effective running of the office
- Adhere to the company's Management Systems
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- PC literate
- Positive cando attitude is essential
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills and plan/ prioritise a complex workload
- A proactive approach, ability to work on your own initiative, and be assertive in order to see tasks through to completion
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information
Required Experience:
- No qualifications required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a busy & demanding environment
