Description

Our client based near St Ives is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent part time basis (25 hours a week) ideally over 5 days.

This role has been created due to an internal promotion. This is an entry level accounts role where you will be working within a well established small team.


Job Role:

  • Monthly
  • Send out statements to customers
- remittances/copy invoices/pod/statements/check customer payments

  • Initial credit checks admin for new customers and increase limits for existing customers for Accounts Office Manager sign off
  • Check and post all non PO invoices to relevant suppliers accounts
  • Update freight costing sheet
  • Assist with staff expenses and company credit cards
  • Adhoc admin duties
  • Assist with processes for month ends for sales, purchase and nominal
  • Samples and freeofcharge charges
  • Freight claims
To be considered for this role you will have some exposure to accounts or looking at getting into accounts. The company offer excellent benefits on top of the salary including 25 days holiday plus stat holidays. The salary for this role is £14,200 for 25 hours worked.
