Our client based near St Ives is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent part time basis (25 hours a week) ideally over 5 days.
This role has been created due to an internal promotion. This is an entry level accounts role where you will be working within a well established small team.Job Role:
- Monthly
- Send out statements to customers
- Initial credit checks admin for new customers and increase limits for existing customers for Accounts Office Manager sign off
- Check and post all non PO invoices to relevant suppliers accounts
- Update freight costing sheet
- Assist with staff expenses and company credit cards
- Adhoc admin duties
- Assist with processes for month ends for sales, purchase and nominal
- Samples and freeofcharge charges
- Freight claims

Salary:
£14,200.00-£14,201.00 per year
