An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Operations Manager to join a business at the forefront of their industry.

An opportunity to really get your teeth stuck into and make your mark, working closely with the senior team to developand implement solid foundations that drive the business forward and improve efficiencies.

You will be responsible for overseeing projects and workflow across the Brands and Marketing Communications team. Managing the end-to-end process from planning all the way through to approval.

Leading the development, optimisation and implementation of teamprocesses, systems and tools you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Brand and Marketing Communications team workflow
  • Review daily resource and workload schedules, managing various requests and prioritising incoming workload
  • Increase efficiency and performance via owning, planning and implementing optimisation to team processes, systems and tools
  • Manage the creative development and production of physical merchandise, working with internal teams, agencies and external suppliers.

What skills we are looking for:

  • Extensive track record working in a consumer-facing creative production environment either in-house or agency side
  • A clear thinker who is able to stay calm under pressure and bring clarity to the complex
  • A real people person who develops meaningful and collaborative relationships
  • Proven experience managing the workload of busy teams and understanding of when to say 'no'
  • Working knowledge of resource and project management platforms and production schedules
  • Experience of developing, implementing and optimising processes, systems and tools
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage workload prioritisation
  • A pragmatic problem solver with project management background
