The Supply Room is currently seeking 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) to support students between the ages of 7 to 16 (KS- KS4) within a specialist provision within one of our prestigious mainstream schools in Gosport, for those who present with neurodivergent needs.

Responsibilities of an SEN TA:

Providing tailored support to students with cognitive and communicative needs.
Assisting with the delivery of individual Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to meet the needs of students
Promoting independence and selfconfidence in students

This role offers a fixed-term contract with eventual opportunities to become a permanent member of staff. Alternatively, many of our client schools offer temporary-to-permanent contracts which can lead to permanent placement after 16 working weeks.

This is the perfect opportunity for support workers, tutors, sports coaches, or psychology graduates looking to make a difference in the lives of children with SEN.
