Pricing Specialist for our industry-leading client based in a modern, head office location in Chester.


You will be joining a dynamic team supporting the strategy and execution around pricing, supporting owners of property with queries and working in close liaison with consultants and wider team.

Working hours:
The position is permanent and full-time, varied office hours through the week.

Hybrid working is also available.

Salary:
£25,000 per annum


Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing a strong understanding of pricing strategy, processes and initiatives to provide expert advice (thoroughly supported through exceptional training)
  • Communicating with owners of property via calls, discussing pricing and providing insights
  • Promoting revenue incentives and programmes, using data to support findings
  • Supporting with pricing proposals and income projections for properties
  • Liaising with internal departments and onfield consultants, providing advice and findings

Key Skills:


  • Prior experience in a dataled role with data analysis skills would be very advantageous
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Selfmotivated and responsible at managing a demanding workload and deadlines
  • A warm, positive and confident professional, with the ability to voice ideas and proposals
  • A team player who is happy to support colleagues and departments
  • Sound IT knowledge, including MS Office package and MS Excel skills
