Description
Adecco Engineering have an opening for Client Coordinator to join their client's organisation on a permanent basis based in Marlow.
This is a great opportunity for someone ideally with Material Planning Experience who has an interest in analytics to join a Global Organization who continuously develop innovative technology for consumer and commercial products.
Main Duties:
You will be responsible for ensuring the supply flow of products Globally as per customer and Company requirements. This will be achieved communicating between different customer and internal stakeholders. This involves products in ramp-up, production ramp-downs. In the event supply flow deviation from requirement, take the appropriate action and notification to stakeholders
Business Planning
- Analyze customer demand. Provide supply and demand picture to all stakeholder when requested. Control inventory values and DOS levels for nominated products worldwide. Review status of nominated products ramping up inside the next 12 months
Replenishment Planning:
Convert customer forecast into necessary backlog.
Monitor backlog variation and take corrective action when necessary.
Monitor that backlog and output are in line with agreed limits and consistent Monitor output variations and forecast consistency, escalation when needed.
Replenishment Execution:
Shipment execution of nominated products to customer locations based on DRP.
Daily monitoring of DOS levels per device and customer location followed by possible actions to maintain inventory levels between agreed limits.
Escalation of short term delivery issues to necessary stakeholders. Communication of delivery issues internally and to customers as well. Allocation management in DRP including communication towards customer and other company stakeholders.Inventory Control:
Monitor that consignment inventory DOS levels are maintained between agreed levels worldwide and in customer locations. Propose corrective measures to remove repeated inventory violations for nominated products. Monitor and propose corrective actions to remove non-moving stock in customers locations
Material Planning Experience
Good customer service and active listening skills
