The Opportunity
This is a permanent position reporting to the Fitness Community Manager UK&I.

We are seeking a digitally savvy marketer who has the nerve to challenge convention at a critical time in the brand's lifecycle.


  • Assist in building the PT/Coaches advocacy program that personifies Optimum brand values, and drives referral on the gym floor across the UK.
  • Support the Fitness community manager in recruitment initiatives that attract the best fitness professionals in the UK.
  • Assisting to plan, manage and host community events that ignite brand love and camaraderie with this audience, anchoring Optimum Nutrition at the heart of their performance journeys with a costeffective mindset.
  • Help to deliver a schedule of education that underpins brand and product understanding and aligns with our innovation pipeline and brand values.
  • Manage brand social media, planning, curating and posting engaging content that capitalises on trends, and engages ambassadors in telling unique and compelling stories that deliver reach and engagement.
  • Initiate tactical partnerships that spark ON 'small fires' that drive brand exposure and product availability.
  • Champion the program internally, assist in presenting to and raising the profile with key stakeholders.
  • Lead on all marketing team administration, creating a 'best in class' approach to budget and resource management, meeting prep and fallout.
The Skills you will bring to the team

  • Brand marketer
  • Experience of community and advocacy marketing
  • Digitally savvy with an eye for content creation
  • Social Media savvy and able to spot upcoming trends to integrate on platforms
  • Rounded knowledge of the Sports & Fitness industry
  • Capable event coordinator
  • Experience in using Microsoft office with confident ability to create slide decks for briefings externally and internally
  • Appetite to live & breathe brand values
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passion for sports nutrition
