Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, enabling enhanced performance and ensuring business objectives are met
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of HR & OD and the wider OD team, to support the efficient delivery of SLAs
  • Work closely with department heads to coach and support the aligned delivery of HR practices
  • Provide HR insight, advice and specialist knowledge and input into the development and delivery of business strategy making an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, resourcing, succession planning andtalent management.
  • Utilising HRIS, produce detailed HR reports to leadership team to guide on business planning
