Description

Our client, a market leader in the têxtile industry, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.

As a key member of the customer service department, you will report directly to the Customer ServiceManager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Co-ordination and management of sampling orders
  • Data entry of sales orders
  • Management of Stock control
  • Working with purchasing to secure customer order updates
  • Arranging returns from customers where appropriate and raising Returns Authorisations
  • Process webbased sales orders in a timely manner
  • Setting up customer profiles to allow them website access.
