WHAT TO EXPECT

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Define the vision and convey this vision to the squad
Set and drive delivery direction (for the squad) through prioritisation of work by being the central decision maker for priorities based on business and customer impact.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders in own Group (POs, GL), other Groups & customers
Establish/Facilitate/Participate in key agile ceremonies including showcases across colocated & virtual teams.
Owns and manages the product backlog
Supports the squad in removing impediments
Ensures the voice of the customer is heard at the squad level

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Highly organised, disciplined, flexible and selfmotivated.
Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies.
Ability to manage projects across diverse teams and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, focus on results/outcomes.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Decisive, able to make decisions that set direction of the team independently
Engineering knowledge of BEV Propulsion systems and system integration experience
