WHAT TO EXPECT

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and convey this vision to the squad
  • Set and drive delivery direction (for the squad) through prioritisation of work by being the central decision maker for priorities based on business and customer impact.
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders in own Group (POs, GL), other Groups & customers
  • Establish/Facilitate/Participate in key agile ceremonies including showcases across colocated & virtual teams.
  • Owns and manages the product backlog
  • Supports the squad in removing impediments
  • Ensures the voice of the customer is heard at the squad level

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Highly organised, disciplined, flexible and selfmotivated.
  • Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to manage projects across diverse teams and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, focus on results/outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Decisive, able to make decisions that set direction of the team independently
  • Engineering knowledge of BEV Propulsion systems and system integration experience
