Key Responsibilities

Train and motivate remote workers
Responsible for ensuring remote proctor vendors are meeting requirement
Schedule online testing days ensuring no diary conflicts
Identify and create the content of the programmes
Manage staff retention and address performance issues
Monitor remote payroll, adherence, and corrective action tracking process
Ensure all compliance is adhered too

Salary:
£22,000 - £23,000 per annum
